It involves a comparison of black students with white students in pilot training during calendar years 1973-1976, using such performance measures as Aviation Selection Tests, Peer Rating, Officer-Like-Quality grade, Environmental Indoctrination Final grade, Basic and Advanced Flight grades, Basic and Advanced Academic grades, and pass/attrite.
