This document describes procedures for evaluating gap crossing and wall climbing of tracked vehicles. Gap-crossing limit is defined as the maximum free space that a slowly moving vehicle can cross, starting from a level platform with a straight lateral edge and crossing to a like surface on the same level. Wall climbing ability is determined by using vertical walls of various heights.
