The Phase Partitioning Experiment (PPE) is a Shuttle Orbiter middeck payload sponsored by the Microgravity Science and Applications Division of the Office of Space Science and Applications (OSSA). The experiment is being developed at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) on behalf of the Microgravity Division. MSFC is also providing the mission management function on behalf of the Shuttle Payload Engineering Division of OSSA.
