The report presents data concerning three chopper-controlled dc propulsion systems, representing three basic design concepts which were developed and tested subsequent to the propulsion systems described in Volume I. The basic objectives, facilities, equipment, and instrumentation are described in Volume I of this report. Volume II presents a discussion of the individual dc systems and the immediate test objectives, a performance evaluation of each propulsion system, and a description of induced ripple caused by combinations of the three systems.
