The project is concerned with rerouting and reconstruction of U.S. Highway 277 in City of Eagle Pass, Maverick County, Texas. The rerouting and reconstruction in the proposed improvement would provide for the orderly flow of traffic projected for the next twenty-five years, but would require the displacement of residences and businesses for the needed right-of-way.
