In order to perform the development test of large scale test objects such as large satellites, manned space station, space planes, and so on, launched on the H-2 Rocket, the National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) built the Spacecraft Integration and Test Building (SITE) during fiscal years 1986 and 1989. An outline of the constructing details and the specifications of these test facilities are presented, and the operating situation after construction including results of the facilities' test data are provided.
