The General Services Administration could do more to carry out its responsibilities for consolidating agency motor vehicle fleets and motor pools. Although 100 interagency motor pools have been established, further consolidations are possible. General Services could save millions of dollars by purchasing vehicles and furnishing them to agencies instead of leasing them.
