It is proposed to relocate and develop State Highway Route 101 as a freeway from the Sonoma County Line a distance of about 9 miles. The process of constructing cuts and fills will unavoidably alter the land form and remove native vegetation. Specifications call for exercising precautions to avoid water pollution. A number of assistance measures will be available to those persons to be displaced by construction.
