The Mini Pressurized Logistic Module (MPLM) is designed to transport cargo inside the Space Station Freedom. Results obtained from a preliminary design of the heat rejection and temperature control system are reported. Particular evidence is given to the combined cabin/avionics air loop design. This solution allows significant advantages to be gained in terms of mass, cost, control simplification, with respect to the more traditional approach which foresees separated cabin and avionics air loops.
