Progress during the period 1 January 1963 through 30 June 1963 has been achieved primarily in the determination of the pulsed performance of low thrust, cold gas, mass expulsion systems. The results obtained from these experiments required the revision of the analytical model describing the pulsed performance of cold gas pneumatic systems. A satellite attitude control system utilizing a mercury fluid fly wheel is currently being mechanized on the single axis vehicle simulator. A digital logic controller was evaluated using the single axis vehicle simulator. A G. E. Mod II horizon sensor noise evaluation has been performed. The power spectral density of the sensor noise was obtained. (Author)
