The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of developing a more efficient type of public transportation system for the area. In making such a determination the feasibility of using smaller vehicles, changing routes, developing a more flexible system (including the possibility of a door-to-door service), and altering frequency of operations are evaluated. The study includes a survey of public attitude. (Author)
