Presented here are brief descriptions of the field activities which were part of the BRL's atmospheric water vapor measurement program from 1958 through 1966. The flights are put into ten categories, called Flight Series, which roughly correspond to instrument improvements as well as to flight purpose. Final data for each flight are presented, where there were data, and also data comparisons are made in four cases. Data profiles are given in two forms, temperature versus altitude and mixing ratio versus altitude. (Author)
