The objective of the study was to identify and evaluate a limited number of development options for a waterfront industrial site in San Francisco. Marine terminal development alternatives of the 33 acre site at Potrero Point owned by the San Francisco Port Commission were evaluated. Four possible terminals were studied: container, automobile, handled bulk (crane), and refrigerated. (Author)
