The report is a summary of three exploratory studies of the gas composition modification in a conventional continuous-wave HF (DF) chemical diffusion laser. Experiments were performed in the Aerospace diffusion laser test facilities. The substitution of HB r fuel for H2, DF/CO2 transfer performance in a triple-slit nozzle array, and CO2 mixing laser performance with the triple-slit nozzle used were of concern in these experiments.
