The Montana Corridor from near the El Paso central business district east to Loop 375 is a major urban area transportation system element. Growth along the middle to eastern corridor end will likely create increased future demands. Improvements to transportation system elements within the corridor are clearly needed, but identification of the most desirable improvement scheme(s) is complicated by competing considerations.
