Existing specifications were reviewed, parameters common to all spacecraft power subsystem specifications defined, and a compilation made of standard formats to be used on the GEOS and ECS spacecraft. Two examples show that the standard specification format can be applied to already existing power subsystems and at the same time highlights the weakness of the previous specifications.
