The equipment and layout of a multi-purpose service vehicle for construction equipment is described. The unit consists of a portable machine shop and service station mounted on a ZIL-130 chassis, with a welding set towed on a trailer. The station provides for servicing and repair under extreme cold weather conditions and semi-mechanized servicing to meet the routine maintenance requirements.
