The Air Force intends to execute the Propulsion Replacement Program (PRP) at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. The primary objective of the PRP is to extend the service life of the Minuteman III (MM III) missile. The project involves the refurbishment of 607 MM III motors from three wings: F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming; Malmstrom AFB, Montana; and Minot AFB, North Dakota. The purpose of this Environmental Assessment (EA) is to review environmental impacts associated with the Full Rate Production phase (FRP) of the PRP contract as it relates to transport of the missile boosters, rocket motors, and progam operations at Hill AFB.
