Significant accomplishments under this study are summarized and enumerated. Direct operational support of the Space Detection and Tracking System (SPADATS) by a group of volunteer observers, the Western Satellite Research Network (WSRN), was the most important achievement resulting from this contract. Technical groundwork that will permit the future direct support of SPADATS by WSRN is described. (Author)
