An in-house study was conducted to review the status of simulation technology as applied to training, with emphasis on human factors problems encountered in visual and motion simulation. The effects of incorporating motion in ground-based visual simulators was considered with respect to influence on training and its role on a possible inhibitor of simulator sickness. (Author)
