Simulation devices and techniques useful and used in a number of educational and training settings are reviewed in this bibliography of 99 citations. Military applications include aerial bombing, weapon systems operations, assault boat management, submarine periscope observations, aerial scanning, and combat tank maneuvering. Navigation is documented for lunar roving, air cushion, hydrofoil, and amphibious vehicle handling, deep submergence, and space docking. Procedures are discussed for training arc welders, decision makers, motor vehicle operators, instructors, X-ray personnel, inventory takers, and others. Some attention is paid to the fidelity of computerized simulation methodology. For flight simulators, see the Published Search, NTIS/PS-75/336, Flight Simulator Training.
