The power source-power propulsion system is designed to propel a space vehicle on a self sustaining basis over an extended period. The high voltage source permits operation of electro-magnetic tooling, the use of laser in communication and of pulse radar. Solar cells are used. The outer skin and other structural members are separated by dielectric materials in such a way as to form a plurality of capacitors.
