Tables of numerical values of Loewy's modified twodimensional lift-deficiency function for rotor blades are presented in the report. The lift-deficiency function is tabulated for a greater range of parameter values and for smaller increments than were previously available. The parameters referred to are the reduced frequency, the ratio of blade oscillatory to rotor rotational frequency, and the rotor inflow ratio. A brief description of the manner in which these tabulations are utilized is included. (Author)
