This volume (Volume 2) of the report presents the results of a program to define night fog characteristics and develop a mathematical model from which a fog program film could be produced. The original concept of the unit was to be a modification of the day version, described in Volume 1. In order to meet the requirements of night fog, the simulator device has to have a different set of optics not compatible to the day version. The outline of the night fog simulator device is consequently larger than the day version. (Author)
