This presentation was prepared for the International Test and Evaluation Association s (ITEA) 19th Test Instrumentation Workshop held in Las Vegas, NV from 12-15 May 2015. It describes recent changes in how T-2 Modification hazards are identified at the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), and how the hazards and corresponding mitigations are assessed with respect to modification safety and airworthiness. The presentation concludes with an exercise involving a fictitious modification, which provides an opportunity for audience participation
