A comparison of the lunar material of Luna-20 with material derived from other lunar probes is reported. Differences and some contradictions found among the varying chemical compositions of lunar materials from the different lunar probes are discussed. It is concluded that the lunar anorthosites as well as the terrestrial anorthosites should become the object of further long term research to determine their origin and age. (Author)
