In this investigation the influence of a Winkler type of elastic foundation on deflection of ship hull is studied. In addition the solution for deflection, shear force and bending moment is presented. Considering the laws of distribution of: weight forces, buoyant forces, water line area, moment of inertia of equivalent section; the above functions are obtained. All these enumerated functions are approximated in the form of harmonic series.
