A beam line for far infrared spectroscopy using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) is constructed as a facility of portable synchrotron MIRRORCLE 20 in Ritsumeikan University. Our research object is to clarify water structure in an aqueous solution and a biological tissue through investigation of intermolecular vibration. We report recent developments in the system and the examples of measured spectra.
