In this paper, a Pan-Tilt-Zoom(PTZ) camera is used to design a general object tracking system, which can follow the target rotation, so that the target is always in the center of the video. The system uses the algorithm of multiple object tracking(MOT) based on deep learning to obtain the position of the target center in the image, then control the camera pan-tilt rotation to make the target in the center of the image, and finally adjusts the camera focal length to ensure that the target has enough resolution. The system can be used for airport security, such as runway intrusion detection, boundary intrusion detection, violation detection, etc.
