Traffic modeling and simulation can reproduce traffic scenes, which is of great significance for traffic managers to make traffic decisions and implement traffic management, and for researchers to study traffic phenomena. Based on the SUMO traffic simulation platform, this paper studies the traffic flow modeling and simulation of typical urban traffic areas, and reproduces the traffic modeling and traffic flow simulation of intersection areas, roundabouts, urban expressways, and off-ramps. Simulation experiments show that the traffic scene established in this paper can truly reproduce the traffic flow phenomenon in typical urban congestion-prone areas, and has certain reference value for further congestion relief and traffic management.
