We report a large area time domain terahertz imager capable of imaging 1 square meter in < 100 minutes at 100 pixels/sec. Stationary objects are imaged in transmission and/or reflection. A linear array, under development for rapid luggage or personnel screening, could image a 1 m by 0.4 m area in approximately 4 seconds.
