The optimization of the whole supply chain passes inevitably by better mastery of flow, especially the couple physical-informational flows. To do this, in this paper we present an approach for tracking and tracing flows of supply chain. Thus, we propose a data modeling for product traceability in the context of overall supply chain. Then, we present our approach to the integration of our traceability data based on the concept of semantic web services. Results are presented in the form of new ontologies for the description of traceability web services as well as for the actors of supply chain.
