Printed circuit heat exchangers (PCHEs) are widely used in thermal power generation systems because of their compact structure and high-temperature and high-pressure resistance. In this paper, supercritical carbon dioxide (S-CO2) is used as the working medium of the fluid channel, a consistency analysis is carried out based on experimental data and numerical simulation data of the heat transfer test platform. And a numerical study is carried out by establishing a three-dimensional calculation model corresponding to the thermal-hydraulic characteristics of the PCHE used in marine thermal power generation systems, the results show that the experiment and simulation have good agreement. Paper shows that the heat transfer effect of fluid flow increases with increasing inlet pressure and inlet Reynolds number, the warm exchange coefficient on the cold side is by and large more noteworthy than that on the hot side. The correlation formula fitted according to the simulation results has a certain deviation from the classic correlation formula. The Nusselt number has a large overall deviation for various Reynolds numbers, and the maximum deviation can reach more than 40%. At low Reynolds numbers, the friction coefficient is in good agreement, but at high Reynolds numbers, the maximum deviation is up to 28%. The results can provide theoretical guidance and data support for the flow channel optimization design of PCHEs.
