In this work, a coupling characteristic analysis for a waverider hypersonic flight test vehicle. For the face symetry hypersonic vehicle aerodynamic coupling problem is due to the angle of attack. The lateral/directional coupling stability, rolling control coupling stability and Weissman chart composite coupling effects were conducted on before the controller degsin. The coupling analysis indicated that the negative angle of attack flight condition had unstable risk. The navigation flight dynamic equation and 6DOF controller validate dynamic equation were illumminated, and the flight simulation model was developed. A standard simulation and zero-mean disturbance flight simulation were conducted. The results of the simulations are presented that the flight control laws were robust for disturbance.
