The article provides DC microgrid-based charging facilities for electric cars (EVCS). An electric vehicle (EV), storage batteries (SB), a solar photovoltaic system (SPVS), and the grid make up the system. The PMC, or power management controller, is for grid-to-vehicle (G2V) and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) interactions in electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS), an artificial neural network (ANN) is used. It is recommended to use an adaptive interaction and can be installed in both residential and commercial properties where electric vehicles able to be parked. In addition to charging the electric vehicle, this EVCS has the ability to control the building's power use.. It functions in two different ways. The electric car provides the electricity in the first mode. The electric car operates as a load in the second mode.
