The implementation and status of the recently developed archived data user service for the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area is described. This includes a discussion of the hardware and software implementation used in building this system. The basic functionality of the data archive is presented along with an update of future design plans for the system. Along with the implementation details, a short tour of the user interface is included. The description of several of the data archive's features are complemented with comparisons of other systems that are being implemented elsewhere.
