The paper derives closed-form expressions of the deterministic Cramer-Rao bound (CRB) bounds for the direction of arrival (DOA) and Doppler frequency of a moving target in a multipath environment for both conventional multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) and time reversal (TR) MIMO frameworks. Incorporating the adaptive TR waveform processing feature in the MIMO radars improves the TR CRBs in ways not seen with conventional MIMO. The TR/MIMO framework provides CRB gains of up to 15 dB in a 3-path environment.
