This paper addresses the problem of Angle of Arrival (AoA) estimation of incident signals upon an array of diversely polarized, and widely spaced, circular microstrip antenna. The expression of far-field radiation pattern of this antenna array is derived using the Euler method and applied to the optimized Min-Norm AoA estimation method. The optimized MinNorm AoA estimator is combined with the linear phase interferometer to handle the fluctuations of the incident signals and resolve the ambiguities. Simulations verify that the optimized Min-Norm AoA estimator performs well over a range of incident signal directions and different SNR values.
