CELRAP is an ongoing U.S. Army program in multifunction laser radar technology. In the laser radar hardware, the main processor (MP) controls the operation of the scanner and linear image receivers, and collects, stores and displays the LIDAR data using the Night Vision Lidar File Format, version 1 (NLF1).
