The subject of this study is the processes of formation of the unmanned aerial vehicles as a segment of civil aviation. The article defines the main directions of integration of unmanned aerial vehicles into a single airspace and air traffic management systems in a manner similar to that of manned aircraft. It develops proposals (ICAO, ICAO Member States, Russian Federation) for ensuring the cybersecurity of the unmanned aerial vehicles usage.
