It was confirmed that for improving the efficiency of processing and delivery of videoinformation resourses using real-time communication systems required to implement cryptographic encryption simultaneously with the organization of the data compact representation. It is shown that the current compression methods do not ensure the implementation of dispersion and mixing technologies which are basical for the construction of cryptographic transformations with key. It outlines the steps of building a methodology for creating cryptographic transformations with key on the reasons of video information compression methods.
