This paper presents a millimeter-wave miniature 0- π phase modulation transceiver modules fabricated with a complete MMIC chip set. The transmitter and the receiver module share a X-band DRO. The transmitter module, which consists of a quadruple multiplier, a 0- π phase shifter, a switch and power amplifier, exhibits 28dBm output power, 25dBc carrier wave suppression and 28dB on-off radio. With the receiver module, which consists of low noise amplifier, a mixer, a quadruple multiplier and a medium power amplifier, 6dB single-side band noise figure with lOdB down-conversion gain has been achieved.
