In this paper we present an improved algorithm for localizing a single planar reflective surface using ultra wide band radios that measure excess delay of the first multipath component. These radios do not require time synchronization and cannot measure angle of arrival. Simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms the existing state of the art method. Experimental results confirm the practically of the proposed method.
