Based on the analysis of the status quo of port logistics development along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu, this paper constructs a port logistics competitiveness evaluation indicator system from four dimensions: port infrastructure, scale of port logistics, urban economic level, and potential for port development. The entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to compare and analyze the logistics competitiveness of the eight ports along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu. Finally, it proposes relevant suggestions to improve the comprehensive logistics competitiveness of ports along the Yangtze River, including establishing port groups, improving port logistics infrastructure, and accelerating multimodal transportation.
