The paper presents an assessment of the design accuracy of the three-dimensional space-loaded aerospace structures using advanced simulation technology and manufacturing. Layout of structure is obtained by topology optimization. Technological constraints imposed by the product manufacturing are taken into account. In this paper three configurations of stellar sensor bracket are compared. Coefficient of load-carrying factor and dimensionless weight criterion are calculated. Comparison of dimensionless criteria allowed us to quantify the weight efficiency of topologically optimal aerospace structures. The excess of the volume of the material obtained as a result of discrete optimization over the theoretically necessary has been established.
