The effect of optical feedback from various points on the spectral-linewidth was analyzed for wavelength selectable laser consisted of 12 DFB-lasers-array and SOA. Narrow linewidth (< 2 MHz) was achieved with over 50 mW by reducing facet reflectivity for 12 DFB-lasers-array.
