Recently, urban rail transit (URT) has occupied a core position in urban transportation, effectively solving the problem of congestion caused by urban transportation. However, the problem of mismatch between passenger flow and transportation capacity has become increasingly prominent. In some time periods, transportation capacity waste is severe, and reducing transportation capacity waste requires a clear understanding of the distribution pattern of passenger flow throughout the day. Against the backdrop of the continuous advancement of information technology, smart cities have become the mainstream growth direction of urban construction, effectively changing the previous URT operation and management model. The construction of URT informatization has become an important way to solve traffic congestion, improve transportation efficiency, and optimize resource allocation. To improve the effectiveness of URT operation management and optimize the public’s travel experience, this article proposes a URT information construction system based on visualization and interaction technology. By using visualization technology to visually present URT’s operational data and scenarios, rapid information acquisition and interactive operations can be achieved. Using big data analysis techniques to process and analyze URT’s operational data, providing decision-makers with more accurate data and solutions. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this article can improve the operational efficiency and intelligence level of urban transportation.
