This paper introduces the design process and working principle of the intelligent traffic vehicle through three major aspects: mechanical structure design, circuit design, and control program algorithm design of the intelligent traffic vehicle. The whole vehicle is divided into a master computer and a slave computer. The master computer uses Baidu's edge board algorithm card to achieve prediction and machine vision recognition processing by deploying trained neural network models. The slave computer uses an embedded system to receive commands from the master computer to decode the data packets and control the actuators to complete the corresponding actions. Finally, we design a smart vehicle that can realize unmanned driving in simple environments. It also can complete corresponding tasks according to the master computer commands.
