By simplifying the end shell-and-tube heat exchanger(HE) model of closed seawater source heat pump system, using polyhedral mixed mesh for delineation, choosing k-@ $\varepsilon$ RNG turbulence model, and using CFD software Fluent to analyze the heat exchange(HE) process of 40% glycol solution in the shell process of heat exchanger(HE), the variation law of shell temperature field, flow velocity field is derived for different folding plate gap and flow path width, and the change laws of flow field, flow velocity and flow field were analyzed and matched with the theoretical calculation, which provided a basis for the design and modification of the end heat exchanger structure of the closed sea source heat pump.
