In this paper, a miniaturized Wilkinson power combiner operating at 110 MHz is proposed for high power applications. A 3 cm × 3 cm five-layer power combiner with a size reduction of about 98.8% is achieved using meandered microstrip and stripline transmission lines in a stacked multilayer structure. Simulated and measured results are in good agreement. Measured return loss better than 15 dB over 65 MHz bandwidth and insertion loss less than 0.3 dB is achieved. There is good isolation, better than 25 dB at the center frequency, between input ports.
